Divine God, Source of all life,

Mother Nature, sacred womb of creation,

I thank you for this tea — for the plants, the roots, and the hands that prepared it.

As I drink this, I welcome your healing into every cell of my body.

I declare that my body is being renewed now.

I speak life over my blood, my organs, my spirit.

This tea is your medicine.

This tea is my restoration.

With every sip, I release sickness and welcome strength.

With every swallow, I flush out what does not belong.

I am already healing.

I am already whole.

I am divinely protected.

May your power flow through this tea and anchor peace, health, and light within me.
