Steeping your tea

- Boil 16 ounces of spring water.

- Once boiled.Add 2 tablespoons of Nova Sols Parasite Detox blend to the hot water or fill up one half of nova sol steeper 

- Steep for 30 minutes.

** IMPORTANT **  LET TEA COOL DOWN AND THEN ADD 1 PINCH OF CLOVES or 1/16 teaspoon.

- Make the tea as bitter as possible for best results.

- Drink on an empty stomach in the day and night or as directed in your detox protocol.

-: add cloves while water is warm  to retain potency

Remember to take it easy with wormwood since it's pretty strong stuff. Enjoy!

• Enjoy the tea two - three times a day, ideally in the morning, afternoon, and evening.  Use up to 14 days at a time, rest for a week and repeat.

STORAGE AND EXPIRATION

• Teas Batches  can be used twice and should not be refrigerated for more than 2 days.

• Dispose of the plant material in the earth, not the trash.

• Store tea in a dry, dark place until it is ready to be used. Drink tea out of a glass cup

• It is highly recommended to consume the tea within 6 months of receiving it.  Take binder and laxative with tea.
