PRODUCT INSTRUCTIONS - Makes 1 cup of tea

Boil 8 -12 ounces of water 3 minutes. We recommend using spring or distilled water

Once boiled, allow the water to cool for 2 minutes.

Allow tea to steep in the water for 10 to 15 minutes.
