PRODUCT INSTRUCTIONS - Makes 1 cup of tea

Boil 8 -12 ounces of water 3 minutes. We recommend using spring or distilled water

Once boiled, allow the water to cool for 1 minute.

Next, add a teaspoon of plant material to the pot.

Allow tea to steep in the water for 5-10 minutes.

After steeping, remove Add honey or agave if needed.
