Step 1 – Tea Preparation:

1. Bring 10 oz of water to a gentle boil, then remove from heat and let cool for 1 minute.
   
   

2. Add 1–2 teaspoons of Colon Cleanse Tea.
   
   

3. Steep for 10–15 minutes, then strain. If you like your tea warm simmer till warm
   
   

4. Stir in 1 teaspoon of psyllium husk and drink immediately before it thickens fully.
   
   

5. Follow with a full glass of water.
   
   

💫 Expect gentle results within 6–12 hours. If doing parasite cleanse you may use husk alone one hour after drinking your parasite detox
